The U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree that was harvested in North Idaho last month is now making its way to Washington, D.C.

The 76-foot-tall Christmas Tree is encased in the back of a big semitruck, with the top made of wooden beams and glass so people can see the colorful lights and handmade ornaments covering the green spruce branches. The tree has more scheduled whistle-stops throughout Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and the Midwest before arriving at its final destination.
