JerryRigEverything’s Wheelchair Factory with Zack Nelson

Watch this video on YouTube ↗
Can one YouTuber really out-build the wheelchair industry? Zack Nelson, the creator of JerryRigEverything, is trying with his company Not a Wheelchair. It makes custom manual chairs at about half the price of a prescription model, with no doctor referral, no insurance approval, and no five-month wait. Matt and Sean ask Zack how the math works, from the $400,000 machines his channel paid for to the 18-person team welding by hand. They also cover his DIY solar projects and the backyard bunker that earned back four times what it cost. So is this a real fix? Or a big channel quietly subsidizing a niche?
