How 70MM Film Gets Its True Colors

Watch this video on YouTube ↗
Adam Savage visits Fotokem's color timing lab where every 70MM film they develop goes to be seen for the very first time after leaving a camera. Using a blow-up of a One Day Build as an example, Fotokem technicians show us how film negative runs through a color analyzer to be timed and corrected based on the vision of the filmmakers. It's the first time we've seen our footage printed on large format film!
