Elon Musk Claims Ukraine Broke Starlink’s Terms of Service

Elon Musk is now addressing the controversial disruption of Starlink services in Ukraine, saying that the Ukrainian military violated the company's terms of service by using it in combat operations that led to the deaths of people in Russia, prompting restricted access to the high-speed satellite technology. Ukraine denies it used it for that purpose. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY from Moscow.
