The US Department of the Interior is asking a federal court to let it reconsider its approval of Revolution Wind, the offshore wind farm off Rhode Island that powers homes in Connecticut and Rhode Island. President Trump already tried, twice, to halt its construction. Now it's fully built and delivering power, and his government wants to reopen the question of whether it should have been approved at all.
