Spanish PM replaces transport minister after deadly train crash | AFP

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez appoints Carlos Cuerpo as transport minister after Oscar Puente resigned in the wake of the deadly Urda train crash that killed 69 people. Cuerpo, who had served as First Vice-President of the Government until now, takes over the portfolio as authorities continue to investigate the disaster.
