Escape artist Houdini II performs aerial escape above Hollywood’s Magic Castle

Escape artist Houdini II dangled 30 metres above a street outside Hollywood's Magic Castle on Friday as he performed a straitjacket escape to mark the 100th anniversary of the death of legendary magician Harry Houdini. Suspended from a crane with no airbag or protective landing system, Houdini II worked to free himself from the restraint while a crowd gathered to watch.
